Rekt began from the popular Rektguy NFT project launched in May 2022, becoming one of Ethereum's largest PFP projects. It expanded into Rekt Drinks, a sparkling water brand leveraging the Rekt IP, achieving rapid sellouts and marking one of the biggest Web2 launches from a native Web3 brand. Rekt aims for 'World Domination' by blending Web3 culture, AI integration with Rektguy AI as a prominent KOL, and real-world products, building a strong community and cultural asset on Ethereum Mainnet and Base L2.

Token application

$REKT token serves as the native currency within the Rekt ecosystem, driving community engagement, incentivizing holders, and supporting ecosystem growth initiatives. It is used for participation in the NFT community, accessing brand products like Rekt Drinks, and interacting with AI and cultural extensions linked to the project.

Note: Within the community bucket, 24.3% of total supply represents an initial claim at TGE for Rektguy NFT holders, Rekt Drinks purchasers and Shot DRANK earners. The remaining 39.2% of supply will be held by the token Foundation to distribute to the community for future initiatives to grow the Rekt Ecosystem. There is no set timing for these initiatives, however, the Foundation will be thoughtful with its usage.
