1.Project introduction

Resolv is a protocol maintaining USR, a stablecoin pegged to the US Dollar and backed 1:1 by Ether (ETH) and Bitcoin (BTC). It enables issuance and redemption of USR, hedges collateral price risk using short perpetual futures, and manages the Resolv Liquidity Pool (RLP), a liquid insurance pool to keep USR overcollateralized. Both USR and RLP can be minted and redeemed by users, ensuring stability and liquidity within the system. The protocol integrates governance and long-term alignment via the RESOLV utility token.

 The RESOLV token is a utility token used for governance and long-term alignment within the Resolv protocol. It empowers holders with governance rights and rewards, including staking benefits and participation in incentives. RESOLV tokens can be staked to receive stRESOLV, which grants governance rights, rewards, and boosts in the second reward season.
