USDY: USDY is a tokenized note secured by short-term US Treasuries and bank demand deposits. USDY is accessible to non-US individual and institutional investors and is designed to combine the accessibility of a stablecoin with high-quality, US dollar-denominated yield.
Ondo I LP: It is the fund entity that issues the OUSG token — follows a standard fund structure with a limited and general partner and third-party service providers, including qualified custodians where all assets are held, a fund administrator who is responsible for the fund's accounting and investor reporting, and a financial auditor.
Flux Finance: A fork of Compound v2, Flux Finance is a protocol Ondo developed as an on-chain Treasury repo marketplace, allowing users to borrow and lend stablecoins backed by high quality collateral such as OUSG (Ondo's US-Treasuries-linked token).

In keeping with Ondo’s mission to democratize access to sophisticated financial services, the ONDO token and related DAO are being launched to hand over control of Ondo to its users.
The Ondo DAO will constitute a decentralized governance and incentive system to enable those who bring value to Ondo to also be rewarded for that value creation. The Ondo DAO governs the infrastructure that enables the provision of Ondo products.
