To ensure the aid is tailored to the needs of the affected population, Chulalongkorn University staff and Thai partners have worked closely with local authorities to identify the highest priority items. Typhoon Kristine recently struck the northern, central, and eastern regions of the Philippines, causing massive flooding that impacted millions of lives.
